Yo, just caught Claire Morales’ new single ‘Champion’ and holy crap, this hits different. It’s got that indie rock energy but with these wild psychedelic and folk twists like, you never know what sound’s coming next but it all just works.

You can feel the exhaustion and frustration, but also this badass confidence that comes through, especially when she’s like, “I’m gonna say what I need to say, deal with it.” If you want a song that’s as honest as it is catchy, give this a spin. Definitely one of the best indie tracks I’ve heard this year!
