FREDRYD Reimagines Electronic With Heart, Soul, and Style on His Uplifting New Album ‘The Way To The Good Life’

Dear listeners and readers of Soundville,

I would like to tell you about FREDRYD and his new album ‘The Way To The Good Life’. This is a sunny, uplifting, and incredibly positive album of 16 tracks that everyone should hear at least once in their life. You might ask me, “Hey, wait, what is so special about it?” And I have one answer, a lot of love. FREDRYD worked on ‘The Way To The Good Life’ for over a year and put into it a concept of moving forward, freedom, enjoying life, letting go of loneliness in favor of mutual beautiful love and being among dear people. All of this is expressed through groovy electronic chaos, light plucks and pads, amazing vocal inserts, all of it creating a very warm and pleasant feeling.

You know, ‘The Way To The Good Life’ gives me the image of a sparkle shimmering across an endless ocean. You can picture it, when you look into something truly boundless, something powerful, out of reach, and this force shimmers with gold and multicolored sparkles, like a diamond. This is exactly the kind of serenity, beauty, and confidence that ‘The Way To The Good Life’ radiates. And I think this is the very album the world needs right now, to pause, breathe, make love, and enjoy life. FREDRYD did an incredible job, because it’s extremely difficult to preserve that spark of brightness and drive, the drive toward positive creation. And it takes tremendous effort, inspiration, and a truly inspiring worldview.

That’s why I want to move on to the brightest tracks on the album, the ones that inspired me the most and, I’m not afraid to say it, changed my mood, made it more open, more sunlit. And I think now I’m ready for any adventure. Without a doubt, it starts with ‘New Era/Scars Healed’, an intro track that also carries strong conceptual meaning, immediately setting the tone to disconnect from everyday worries and simply enjoy something fresh and exciting. Then comes the amazing ‘Don’t Want To Be Alone No More’, an electronic house mix. It’s a high-energy, groovy electronic track that calls you to move toward love, connection, and acceptance. A rejection of loneliness, and you can hear it in the incredibly powerful mix that leaves no space for sadness.

When I heard ‘Changing Their Minds’ with its radio-ready sound, slick vocals, and easygoing vibe, I immediately wanted to drop everything and give in to the mood, to the urge to celebrate. ‘Changing Their Minds’ is a soundtrack for an endless night, warm wind, and wild dancing on the beach. Flawless! Stylish, groovy, and full of bounce, ‘Free From Obsessions – EDM Mix’ brings in a top-notch mix and production. This is laid-back electronic music with beautiful harmonies, unique synths, and vocals touched by subtle Eastern inflections at the end of each phrase.

It offers a fresh take on beachside electronic grooves and absolutely brings that much-needed breeze into a familiar genre, letting you rediscover something you thought you already knew. The album ends with the light tracks ‘Acquaintances, Common Strangers, Families And Friends (Are All One)’ and ‘Social Acceptance’. These tracks form a beautiful final arc that reveals the concept of ‘The Way To The Good Life’ more than anything else.

A light motivational message about reunion and acceptance is shaped in the mind through the brilliant idea of the track ‘Acquaintances, Common Strangers, Families And Friends (Are All One)’, with its excellent motivational monologue that sets the perfect mood. And the final track ‘Social Acceptance’ leaves a feeling of true joy and positivity, which unfolds in the mind as a desire to rethink your views and to feel how carefree, light, and bright life can be if you make that choice. ‘The Way To The Good Life’ by FREDRYD is undoubtedly one of the brightest and grooviest albums of summer 2025, and its tracks absolutely should be in your playlist. So add your favorite songs to your collection so you don’t lose them, and follow FREDRYD to always stay on the wave of cool, groovy, concept-driven electronic power music. This was awesome!

Hey FREDRYD! Thank you for releasing such great music. I was genuinely blown away while listening. It’s super stylish, cool, and gripping. I really like how you work with electronic music, how you fill it with concepts, meaning, and energy. And that’s exactly what electronic music needs to live, to keep moving forward, and to grow as a genre. I believe ‘The Way To The Good Life’ will definitely find its listener, its audience, and a lot of people will find just as much inspiration and positivity in it as I did. I’ll definitely share ‘The Way To The Good Life’ with everyone-everyone-everyone so more people can enjoy such great music. I love it and I want more!
