Cologne-based producer and songwriter Jonathan Moho has spent the past few years shaping Fifth Floor Cologne into a project built around warmth, groove and melody. His new single Full Motion brings those instincts together in a compact indie rock track, drawing on bedroom pop, soul and soft guitar music.

Full Motion starts with the musical equivalent of someone dropping into a chair, stretching out and deciding the rest can wait. Moho gives the track a soft indie rock shuffle, warm guitar and percussion that barely raises its voice.

There is plenty of bedroom pop in its close, homemade atmosphere, though Moho brings a little more swing to the room. The rhythm has a soulful lean, especially when the guitar starts answering the beat. That small detail gives the track its charm.
